Dossche Mills' technical baking advisors provide customers with technical support from our pilot bakery or on site. Dossche Mills has its own test bakeries in Deinze, Merksem and Rotterdam.

Artisan bakers can also call upon Dossche Mills' technical baking advisors who are happy to offer their expertise and experience to solve technical problems. This can relate to oven settings, programming, kneading, product quality, etc. Our technical baking advisors assist bakers in order to find the optimal way to process flour into finished products.
How do we go about this?
Sometimes the technical baking advisors can solve an artisan baker's problem quickly and easily over the telephone. But if necessary, the advisor will be happy to visit the customer to bake with them at their own bakery. A third option is for the baker to come to the Dossche Mills pilot bakery to learn to work with new products and methods.
