Artipan Omega 3
Artipan Omega 3 is a ready-to-use mix for the preparation of a light multiseed bread reduced in sodium and source of fibre and Omega 3. The flaxseed and chia seed present is the vegetable source of Omega 3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fats are polyunsaturated fats to which positive properties are attributed; preventing cardiovascular disease, arthritis and depression and lowering blood cholesterol levels. This bread mix is reduced in salt content and contains iodised salt.
