A high-fibre wholemeal wheat bread that contains ± 50% fewer digestible carbohydrates than a standard white bread. The reduced salt and carbohydrate content contributes to a healthy diet. The many seeds present provide extra protein and fibre. Low-carbohydrate bread is high in fibre, high in protein, low in carbohydrates and low in salt (when prepared according to our basic recipe).
