Sponge cake (biscuit) mix that is characterised by a high whipping capacity in the bowl, a very fine structure with a high carrying capacity and an even crust that does not separate from the crumb. Does not fall back after baking. The sponge cake has a beautiful yellow colour and distinct taste. This blend is extremely suitable for sauces.
