Dossche Mills acquires Ceres' artisan commercial activities

Dossche Mills, a Belgian family-owned company active in the milling industry since 1875, has reached an agreement to acquire the commercial activities in the artisan bakery segment, including traders, of Belgian company Ceres. The deal also includes the transfer of all employees associated with these activities.
This strategic move reinforces Dossche Mills' position as a leading partner in the artisan bakery sector across Belgium, the Netherlands, and France. The acquisition aligns with Dossche Mills' ambition to further support its customers with an extensive product range and a personalized, customer-focused service.

The transaction is expected to be completed on February 13, 2025.
